Included Therapies
Hydrotherapy
Studies have shown that moist heat applied to tight, achy muscles helps to soften tissue and increase blood flow to the area. In addition to feeling wonderful, this heat allows your muscles and fascia (the connective tissue) to soften so your therapist can easily get into tight tissue with less pain, and better results.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping involves placing glass, plastic or silicone cups on the skin and creating a vacuum by suctioning out the air. The underlying tissue is raised into the cup. Cupping therapy enhances circulation, promotes lymphatic circulation and releases stuck fascia (connective tissue). One way to think about cupping is that it is the inverse of massage. Rather than applying downward pressure to the muscles, the pressure created by the cups pulls tissue away from the body, creating space. Cupping was developed thousands of years ago and though the techniques have been modernized, the original philosophy remains the same.

Aromatherapy
Use your sense of smell as a powerful yet gentle way to relax more deeply. To enhance your relaxation experience ask your therapist to add aromatherapy to your massage. Choose from Lavender, Eucalyptus or Peppermint - or a blend.

MPS Therapy
In acupuncture and trigger point therapy, the insertion of needles has been scientifically proven to stimulate the release of internal opiates called endorphins - powerful pain relievers that produce a feeling of euphoria. With Micro-current Point Stimulation (MPS), we use a small device (that produces micro-current impulses) on precise points to gently relax muscles, calm nerve pathways and release endorphins. This multi-pronged effect on the body’s nervous, muscle and endocrine systems substantially decreases pain levels. MPS therapy is markedly different from TENS unit therapy, and produces superior outcomes.
